I'm really sorry if I update this blog only once in week or so. My dad won't let me use the computer during weekdays, so please be understanding.

Yesterday, I met an accident. It's not traffic accident, just lab accident. Me, Isaac and Ishmael were conducting an experiment base on what Mr. M told us. I was getting ready to pour some acid into a conical flask with a bit of calcium carbonate (Marble..?). Isaac was timing the reaction, and Ishmael was holding the delivery tube, ready to cover the flask and deliver the gas into the burette. When it was time, I poured the acid slowly into the flask. But then, I thought, this might start the reaction before all the acid are poured! So.... I just budge the measuring cylinder higher and the acid splash outside onto my hand... It was quite a large amount. More like drenched or soaked.

I quickly washed my hands and after that, my left hand felt PRETTY weird.... It felt kinda soapy.. but a bit cold. Huh...


Yesterday was my birthday, and I got a lot of wishes from my friends and fellow classmates. Also from someone I don't really know in the internet.

So that means, I've turned 17! It's quite unbelieveable, even until now...! I always saw 17s teens's like mature, cool and so on... But now, when I'm in their shoes, I can't find anything similar within myself.

Let me go on. About last wednesday, I think, I went to a petrol station with my dad to get his cashcard top-upped. But the AXS there is unavailable for this kind of transaction. So we when to CDANS. On the way there, we saw a huge amount of water that kept bursting from the ground near Bukit Batok West Av5's three way junction! It went on and on and on... Even after we finished doing our business, it's still erupting from that same ground. The place was flooded ankle-high.

The weird thing is.... Everyone seems to scared of the water and tried to walk a different path. The first time I passed there, I was one of them, trying to avoid the liquid. But then I got tired and shouted "Alah.. Air pon nak takut..." (Why scared of the mere water...) then just walked across like nobodies' business.......


Actually, I'm working right now at En-Naeem Mosque, selling books. Well, I found this computer and the admin said go ahead... Okay, he asked me to check the internet and so, I took the liberty to update my blog!

Last Friday, me and some of the Ikhwandudes went to Nanyang Polytechnic to check on some courses, since it was Polytechnic Open House day. It took a long time for us to browse the courses around the school. First was Business Management Course. It wasn't really interesting to me since I myself am not interested... But it was cool. Attachments to big companies like Singtel and so on.

Then I think it was Interactive and Digital Media, my course! Gaming Programmes, Animation, Visual Effects and so on, now THAT's my kind of course. But sadly, The tour guide said I could only take one course for 3 years...! And if I want to go for anther course, I've to take ANOTHER 3 years! Darn!

Then we prayed and continued our browsing. Engineering. Many of us was intewrest in this course. Most. Aero-thingy, Nanotechnology, Piloting, Robotics and so on. It was cool trying all their stuff like virtual cockpits, mini tank-like crane, robot pythons and so on. After another prayer, I head back since it was getting dark. Then, the others followed my lead and went back together.

I really hope I could get into Polytechnic, but the requirements are quite high... I don't know I if I could even make it...

By the way, we got ourselves cool-new bags, Nescafes and more for FREE.


Well, It's New Year for both islamic and the georgian calendar (if I'm not mistaken). Well, the first thing I did was... Posting.

Yesterday was our weekly sports day, Badminton and Swimming. Though before all those fitness exercise and stuff, we went to school first to decorate our new class in our new building with our new from teacher before new year in new year's eve. So many things new around eh..?

Then we head Jurong Swimming Complex by 1400hr and started our badminton. Me and Cid Lost to Rafe and Ash. But It was fun. One part, it was a tough back-to-back hitting and everyone did their best(and funniest), then I smashed the shuttlecock downwards, trying to make an easy score. Rafe swings, but misses. Then Ash dived with great style and made a slowmotion noise, making everyone thinking he would hit it. But he miss.... And so fell the great Ash...

Then there was swimming. I was learning to float and swim a little bit (I don't know how to swim and my body easily sinks, mind you..!). There was improvement, but also too much water went flowed into my nose... I hope I'll get to learn how by this year (without any official class).
